Best for: Homes that are already regularly maintained, as well as clients looking for weekly, bi-weekly, or every-4-week professional cleaning.

Essential Clean is intended for routine maintenance. Hand-washing/scrubbing baseboards, detailed blinds, doors and trim, built-up grime and other detail work are not included unless selected as an enhancement.

Premier Clean — Deep Cleaning

Premier Clean Detailed/Deep Cleaning | Starting at $425

First-time services, seasonal resets, homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently, or spaces needing more detailed attention than routine maintenance provides. Includes everything in the Essential Clean, PLUS:

  • Baseboards hand-wiped and detailed

  • Doors and door frames detailed

  • Handles and switches cleaned

  • Window sills detailed

  • Blinds detailed

  • Detailed edges and corners

  • Fixtures given additional detail

  • Additional attention to dust accumulation

  • Built-up dirt and grime addressed within the normal scope of service

  • Additional detailing around kitchens and bathrooms

  • Hard-to-reach accessible areas given additional attention

  • More detailed cleaning of cabinet fronts

Premier Clean provides a deeper level of detailing but does not automatically include specialty services such as inside ovens, refrigerators, interior cabinets or interior window glass. These may be selected separately as Cleaning Enhancements.

Inside Oven Cleaning 

Interior oven cleaning to address grease, food residue and everyday buildup.

Inside Refrigerator Cleaning

Interior shelves, drawers and accessible surfaces cleaned and wiped. Food/items may need to be removed before service.

Interior Window Glass

Interior-facing window glass cleaned for a clear, polished finish.

Detailed cleaning of accessible interior window tracks to remove accumulated dust and debris.

Interior Kitchen Cabinets

Detailed Blind Cleaning

Interior cabinet shelves and surfaces cleaned and wiped. Cabinets must be emptied prior to service.

Individual accessible blind surfaces receive more detailed attention than routine dusting.

Detailed Baseboard Cleaning

Heavy Pet Hair Removal

Baseboards hand-wiped/detailed beyond the light dusting included with Essential.

Additional time and detailing for homes with significant pet-hair accumulation. Pricing varies based on severity.

Specialty Detail Work

For areas requiring additional time due to significant buildup or unique cleaning needs. Pricing is determined based on condition and scope.
