Restore the Strength. Extend the Life.

Fence Repair & Restoration Services

Know What Needs to Be Fixed Before the Work Begins.
Fence damage isn't always limited to what you can see. A leaning section, sagging gate, or loose panel can sometimes be the result of failing posts, improper installation, damaged hardware, or deterioration elsewhere in the fence.

Premier Fencing & Land offers professional on-site repair assessments to evaluate the condition of your fence, identify the source of the problem, and determine the most practical way to restore it.

Our goal isn't to sell you a new fence when a repair makes sense. We'll explain what can be repaired, what should be replaced, and what we recommend for dependable long-term performance.Â

To provide the highest level of service, we charge a $175 consultation fee at the time of booking.

Repair What Makes Sense. Replace What's Necessary.
A fence is only as dependable as the posts supporting it. Premier Fencing & Land replaces damaged, rotted, loose, or leaning fence posts and evaluates the surrounding fence to determine what caused the failure. Our goal is to restore proper support and alignment—not simply straighten a post temporarily. When possible, we preserve serviceable sections of the existing fence while replacing only what is necessary.
Storm damage, impact, deterioration, or everyday wear can damage one portion of a fence without requiring complete replacement. We repair or replace individual fence sections, panels, pickets, rails, and other damaged components when the existing fence remains structurally sound. We take care to maintain consistent fence lines, spacing, and appearance so the repaired area integrates as cleanly as possible with the existing installation.
A gate that drags, sags, won't latch, or continually falls out of alignment is often a sign of more than a simple hardware problem. We evaluate the gate, supporting posts, hinges, latches, and surrounding fence before determining the appropriate repair. Premier Fencing & Land can adjust existing gates, replace damaged hardware or supporting components, and correct alignment issues to restore dependable operation. When an existing gate is beyond reasonable repair, we can source and install an appropriate replacement.
Florida sun, moisture, storms, and age can take a toll on wood fencing long before the entire fence needs replacement. We evaluate posts, rails, pickets, fasteners, and overall structural condition to determine which portions can be preserved and which should be replaced. From isolated repairs to more extensive restoration, our goal is to restore strength, improve appearance, and extend the usable life of your wood fence whenever practical.
A damaged vinyl panel doesn't necessarily mean starting over. Premier Fencing & Land repairs damaged vinyl fencing by evaluating panels, rails, posts, gates, and supporting components to determine the extent of the damage. When compatible replacement materials are available, we work to integrate new components with the existing fence while restoring proper alignment, stability, and appearance.
Loose fabric, bent framework, damaged top rail, failing posts, and gate problems can compromise both the appearance and security of a chain link fence. We repair damaged chain link components and restore proper tension, support, and alignment where practical. Rather than simply tightening a failing section, we evaluate the framework supporting it so the repair addresses the problem behind the damage.
Agricultural fencing works hard, and damaged posts, loose woven wire, failed braces, fallen trees, livestock pressure, and equipment impact can quickly compromise a fence line. Premier Fencing & Land repairs field and woven-wire fencing, posts, H-braces and corner assemblies, gates, and damaged sections. We focus on restoring proper tension and structural support so the fence can return to doing what it was built to do—protect your property and contain livestock.
Wood fencing is an investment worth protecting. Our fence staining and restoration services help refresh weathered wood while providing added protection from Florida's sun, moisture, and changing weather conditions. Before staining, we evaluate the condition of the fence and identify repairs that should be addressed first so you're not simply covering damaged or deteriorated components with a new finish.

What Does the $175 Fee Assessment IncludeÂ
•Personal On-Site Fence Assessment
Every repair starts with understanding what’s actually happening with the fence. We meet you at the property, walk the areas of concern, discuss the issues you’ve noticed, and evaluate the existing fence so our recommendation is based on its actual condition—not a guess from a phone conversation.
Â
•Comprehensive Fence & Damage Evaluation
We look beyond the obvious broken panel or leaning post. Posts, rails, panels, wire, bracing, gates, hardware, alignment, and surrounding fence sections are evaluated as applicable to identify contributing problems that could affect the repair. Our goal is to address the cause of the failure—not simply cover up the visible damage.
Â
•Clear Repair Scope & Pricing
Before work begins, you’ll receive a written proposal outlining the repairs we recommend, the work included, and the project price. If there are different repair options worth considering, we’ll explain them so you understand what is being repaired, what may need replacement, and what your investment covers.
Â
•Repair vs. Replacement Recommendation
We believe in repairing what makes sense and replacing what’s necessary. After evaluating the condition of your fence, we’ll explain whether targeted repairs, restoration, partial replacement, or full replacement is the more practical approach. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision that protects your property and your investment.
Repairs Done Right. Not Just Patched.
A damaged panel, leaning post, or sagging gate may only be the visible part of the problem. We evaluate the surrounding fence, structural support, connections, and hardware to identify what contributed to the failure. The goal is a repair that addresses the problem—not a temporary fix that leaves the underlying issue behind.
Not every damaged fence needs to become a replacement project. When the existing fence is structurally serviceable, we focus on preserving what still performs and repairing the areas that don't. If deterioration or structural failure makes replacement the more practical option, we'll explain why before recommending it.
A repair should restore more than appearance. Posts, rails, panels, fabric, bracing, gates, and hardware are evaluated as part of the overall fence system. We pay attention to support, alignment, tension, and operation so the completed repair performs the way it should.
Fence materials, profiles, finishes, and colors can change over time. When replacement components are needed, we make a reasonable effort to source compatible materials that integrate with your existing fence. If an exact match is no longer available, we'll explain the available options before moving forward.
A repair isn't an excuse for lower standards. Premier Fencing & Land approaches repair work with the same attention to proper installation, clean workmanship, and finished appearance that we expect from our new fence installations.
